Completion Supervisor- Level 3

Description

Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

• Aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, &/or production experience.
• Experience with the following: (fabrication, structures, mech assembly, electrical &/or systems integration)
• Experience with business metrics to drive performance (safety, quality, schedule, cost)
• Active clearance required to apply with an active investigation with the last 5 years AND the ability to obtain and maintain special program access per business requirements

• EVMS management experience
• 5+ years manufacturing experience or equivalent education
• Experience with Manufacturing start up
• Manufacturing Leadership
• Technical Degree
• Lean Mfg Exposure and Deployment
• Structure Assembly Background

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
