You will be the Systems Engineer (Radar/EW) - Level 4 for the Skunk Works which is responsible for advancing radar and electronic-warfare capabilities on Lockheed Martin's most advanced aeronautics programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Systems Engineer (Radar/EW) - Level 4 you will be responsible for delivering high-performance RF solutions that enable mission-critical radar and EW systems across the product lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Perform RF engineering analyses and modeling for radar and electronic-warfare subsystems.
* Contribute to system design, development, integration, test, and production activities.
* Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices to create and maintain digital system models.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and ensure seamless integration.
* Support sustainment and troubleshoot performance issues throughout the hardware lifecycle. Who You Are You are an experienced RF engineer with a proven track record in radar and electronic-warfare systems.

Further Information About This Opportunity MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance with an Investigation within 5 years to start.
This position is in Palmdale, CA Discover Palmdale.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related engineering degree.
- Experience in systems engineering lifecycle, development, requirements decomposition, and application of processes and tools
- Experience with Radar and Electronic Warfare principles, and sensor operations
- Knowledge of Low Observables (LO) applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience working independently and in cross functional or small technical teams
Desired
Skills:
- Experience with Radar, EW, and/or sensor hardware design, physical interfaces, and sensor integration onto airborne platforms
- Experience with Supplier management
- Familiarity with agile methodology and processes
- Familiarity with use of Confluence and JIRA
- CAMEO, CATIA V5 or V6 experience
- Understanding of LM system engineering processes
- Experience with Military and/or Government programs
- Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance
