Engineering Aide Sr Spec

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Palmdale is seeking a full-time Engineering Aide Sr Spec . In this role, you will perform mechanical design of electromagnetic/RF components, antennas, radomes, support structures, flight qualified hardware, composite/metallic components/structures, full scale RCS/RF test fixtures, and will provide support for other classified activities. The candidate is not expected to be an expert, but should have general knowledge in the fields of mechanical design.

The candidate will primarily provide support to design engineers on the Electromagnetics team in various design work and will also support the model shop in fabrication work.

• Experience with mechanical design of electromagnetic/RF components.
• Familiar with electromagnetics theory
• 1 year minimum hands on experience with composites

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
