Basic Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- Active Secret Security Clearance; ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance
- 5+ years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient with scheduling tools such as Open Plan, Primavera, MS Project, or Project View
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- Experienced at developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis
- Proposal experience
- Experience analyzing planning metrics and trends and implementing actionable improvement plans
- Experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
- Demonstrated team‑building skills
- Demonstrated influencing and relationship‑management skills
- Bachelors degree

Summary of Key Duties
The Skunk Works® Staff Integrated Program Planning Team member for this position is a self‑starter and relationship builder supporting an integrated team within the Skunk Works® Program across various platforms to ensure successful program execution and performance, including all aspects of a validated Earned Value Management system. This position has shared responsibility for schedule baseline management and control as well as assisting in monthly variance analysis.
Responsibilities include the development and maintenance of schedules. The candidate will also integrate and assess schedule impacts of proposed work on both existing and future plans. The candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. The position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production and quality control.
It will be an active participant in the evaluation of program and project planning and scheduling products and practices and will be instrumental in the resultant remediation activities upon identification of gaps.
