- Experience with developing vibration environments for aircraft (Mission Based Analysis) and maintaining Environment Criteria Documents (ECD)
- Experience with vibroacoustic and data processing
- Proficient in scripting language (Mat Lab, Python, VBA, C++, etc.)
- Experience leading a team as a technical lead

You will be the Structural Dynamics Engineer for the Advanced Development Program (ADP) which is responsible for cutting‑edge aerospace research and development.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Structural Dynamics Engineer you will be responsible for conducting flutter analyses and supporting dynamic testing for advanced aircraft concepts. You will work within a highly technical team that drives innovation in structural dynamics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct structural dynamics analyses and assess aircraft modifications, including nonlinear explicit dynamics.
- Provide assistance to other structural dynamics disciplines such as dynamic response and dynamic loads/buffet.
- Support flutter ground vibration test and flight test activities.
- Document flutter analysis results, ground and flight test plans, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and interact with external IPTs and suppliers.
