You Will Be Doing
- Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.
- Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
- Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases.
- Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

Work Schedules
: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $98,300 - $170,315. For other states, the range will reflect the candidate's final work location. Benefits offered include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short‑Term Disability, Long‑Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
