Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience releasing drawings in Catia V5 and/or 3DX
- Experience with 3D printing.
You will be the Project Engineer Staff, UAS & Attritable Systems - Level 4 for the Advanced Development Programs – UAS & Attritable Systems team which is responsible for developing next‑generation unmanned aircraft and attritable systems that keep people safe and solve complex challenges.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Project Engineer Staff, UAS & Attritable Systems - Level 4 you will be responsible for driving the technical execution of UAS and attritable system projects from concept through test.
Your Responsibilities Will Include- Plan, formulate, and coordinate technical activities across program management and engineering to create novel air‑vehicle designs.
- Collaborate with multiple business units and stakeholder organizations to define and execute UAS development roadmaps.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve design and test challenges to maintain schedule and performance targets.
- Document technical decisions, maintain configuration control, and communicate status to senior leadership.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in systems engineering.

Desired Skills- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience as a lead designer for structures or vehicle systems.
- Experience working with the Conceptual Design organization.
- Experience in Flight Test.
