Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career RF Engineer (Antenna Design). In this role you will design, integrate, and test antennas, radomes, and/or RF electronics. Must be a U.S. Citizen and require a government security clearance. The position is located at a facility that requires special access.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical major
• Knowledge of Electromagnetic Theory
• Proficiency with data processing with MATLAB or other scripting software
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and require a government security clearance. The position is located at a facility that requires special access.

• Antenna or Radome Design and Integration Experience; RF Modeling and/or Test Experience
• Working knowledge of industry design and analysis tools such as HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, FEKO, and MATLAB
• Excellent communication skills, as the position requires interfacing with internal and external customers to report technical and scheduling status
• Experience working in teams and interfacing with external customers; basic project management skill sets desired
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills

This position requires a government security clearance. Clearance Level: Secret.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

The annual base salary range for this position varies by state. For California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas) as well as Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC the range is $68,000 – $119,830. For the major metropolitan areas of California, Massachusetts, and New York the range is $78,200 – $135,470. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location.

Lockheed Martin considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills, and market and business considerations when extending an offer. This position is incentive plan eligible.
