Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or higher, or combination of related experience and education
• Experience in a leadership role demonstrating effective leadership. (e.g. past PM experience, CAM experience, IPT Lead experience, or other relevant leadership role managing cost, schedule, and technical elements effectively)
• Experience managing subcontractors
• Active Secret Clearance

Program Management Prin

You will be the Program Management Principal – Level 6 for the Weapon System team which is responsible for driving advanced development programs within Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works.

As the Program Management Principal you will be responsible for steering a critical portion of the weapon‑system portfolio from inception through successful completion.

• Own cost, schedule and technical performance of assigned programs or subsystems, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
• Lead contract negotiations, changes, and the preparation of proposals, business plans, work statements, specifications, and operating budgets.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison, conducting program review sessions and communicating status on cost, schedule, and technical metrics.
• Define design concepts, engineering criteria, and integration‑test strategies, while expanding product lines or new business opportunities with the customer.
• Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team of technical, manufacturing, and administrative personnel to meet milestones and resolve program challenges.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to be considered.

• Contract negotiation skills

• Experience with the full life cycle of a program to include Development, Flight Test, Production, and Sustainment
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CAM experience
• Functional understanding of basic contracting
• Mission Systems, Systems Integration, HW/SW integration experience
• Test and Verification Experience

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
