* You will be the DMS Engineer   Level 3 for the Diminishing Manufacturing Sources  DMS  Team which is responsible for safeguarding warfighter readiness by integrating affordable obsolescence solutions

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the DMS Engineer   Level 3 you will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable mitigation strategies and driving system‑level solutions within the Aero DMS organization

Your responsibilities will include:

+ Analyze technical and obsolescence data-including Bills of Material and industry reports-to assess program impact

+ Manage, review, and disposition DMS Supplier Data Requirement Lists  SDRLs  

+ Develop, coordinate, and present DMS Contract Data Requirements Lists  CDRLs  to program customers

+ Enhance and maintain tooling for tracking, coordinating, and executing DMS mitigation cases using VBA and SQL

+ Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate obsolescence solutions across Lockheed Martin Aeronautics programs

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or STEM related field

- Experience working in the aerospace industry

- Experience supporting sustainment efforts for a platform or program

** Desired

Skills:

* - B S  Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree

- General knowledge of electronic components, DMS and Project Management

- Ability to use technical and interpersonal skills to coordinate across multiple IPTs, disciplines and suppliers in establishing integrated technical and affordable DMS solutions

- Ability to use knowledge of trade studies and business case analyses to recommend options for DMS mitigations

- Ability to use technical and interpersonal skills to coordinate across multiple IPTs, disciplines and suppliers in establishing integrated technical and affordable DMS solutions
