* You will be the Electrical Harness Engineer for the Electrical Harness Engineering team which is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge wiring solutions that enable advanced aerospace platforms

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Electrical Harness Engineer you will be responsible for translating system requirements into precise electrical harness designs and ensuring flawless integration across subsystems

Your responsibilities will include:

+ Develop detailed electrical wiring schematics and power distribution layouts for next‑generation aircraft

+ Collaborate with subsystem engineers to define electrical loads, routing, and interface requirements

+ Create and manage supplier statements of work, overseeing supplier deliverables and system checkouts

+ Troubleshoot wiring assemblies during build‑up, resolving issues to maintain schedule and quality

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline

- Experience creating electrical schematics or wiring diagrams

- Experience with Capital Logic, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent Electronic Computer Aided Design  CAD  tool

- Experience performing Root Cause/Corrective Action troubleshooting

- Hands on engineering experience with aircraft hardware or equivalent

- Ability to obtain and maintain Active Secret/Top Secret Clearance per business requirements

** Desired

Skills:

* - Electrical Harness Design and Installation Experience HIGHLY DESIRED

- Experience working on a small team covering all aspects of system design from concept through testing

- Engineering experience working power systems or performed electrical load analysis

- Knowledge of industry electrical wire harness assembly fabrication and installation methods and processes

- Experience with Teamcenter, ENOVIA or equivalent PLM software

- Active Secret/Top Secret Clearance

- 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree

** Security Clearance Statement:
