* You will be the Electrical Harness Engineer for the Engineering Team which is responsible for developing cutting‑edge electrical harness solutions
** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Electrical Harness Engineer you will be responsible for delivering high‑performance wiring architectures that enable next‑generation aerospace systems
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Produce detailed electrical wiring schematic drawings and design intricate power distribution systems
+ Partner with subsystem engineers to define loads, wiring requirements, and ensure seamless integration
+ Create and manage supplier statements of work, oversee supplier deliverables, and conduct system checkouts
+ Troubleshoot harness assemblies during manufacturing, resolve issues, and ensure flawless build quality

* Basic Qualifications:
*
* - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
- Experience creating electrical schematics or wiring diagrams
- Experience with Capital Logic, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent Electronic Computer Aided Design CAD tool
- Experience performing Root Cause/Corrective Action troubleshooting
- Hands on engineering experience with aircraft hardware or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain Active Secret/Top Secret Clearance per business requirements
** Desired
Skills:
*
* - Electrical Harness Design and Installation Experience HIGHLY DESIRED
- Experience working on a small team covering all aspects of system design from concept through testing
- Engineering experience working power systems or performed electrical load analysis
- Knowledge of industry electrical wire harness assembly fabrication and installation methods and processes
- Experience with Teamcenter, ENOVIA or equivalent PLM software
- Active Secret/Top Secret Clearance
- 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree
** Security Clearance Statement:
** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration
