You will be the Electrical Harness Engineer for the Aeronautics Electrical Engineering Team which is responsible for delivering advanced electrical harness solutions that power cutting-edge aeronautics platforms. What You Will Be Doing As the Electrical Harness Engineer you will be responsible for shaping the electrical architecture that enables mission-critical aircraft systems. Your responsibilities will include:
* Produce detailed electrical wiring schematic drawings and develop complex power distribution systems.
* Partner with subsystem engineers to define electrical loads, wiring requirements, and ensure seamless integration.
* Manage supplier relationships, author statements of work, and coordinate system check-outs.
* Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, resolve build-up issues, and guarantee flawless execution. Further Information About This Opportunity MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience creating electrical schematics or wiring diagrams.
• Experience with Capital Logic, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent Electronic Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool.
• Experience performing Root Cause/Corrective Action troubleshooting
• Hands on engineering experience with aircraft hardware or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Active Secret/Top Secret Clearance per business requirements Desired

Skills:

• Electrical Harness Design and Installation Experience HIGHLY DESIRED
• Experience working on a small team covering all aspects of system design from concept through testing
• Engineering experience working power systems or performed electrical load analysis.
• Knowledge of industry electrical wire harness assembly fabrication and installation methods and processes.
• Experience with Teamcenter, ENOVIA or equivalent PLM software.
• Active Secret/Top Secret Clearance
• 2 years of professional experience; or no experience with a related Masters degree Security Clearance Statement:
