A technical lead will oversee a team of ground station engineers engaged in devising practical solutions for challenging problems  Interactions and contributions will be on a daily basis with the team

Some shift, extended hours, weekend work and travel may be required

  Must be a US Citizen  This position is located at a facility that requires special access  No dual citizenship will be considered

* Basic Qualifications:

* + Bachelor's degree

+ Ability to maintain a Top Secret clearance with special program access

+ Leadership system experience to include hiring, timecards, performance reviews, counseling, promotions, recognition, training, etc

+ Proven Flight Test experience

** Desired

Skills:

* + Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university in a technical discipline

+ Security  certification

+ Experience in engienering documentation, configuration control and change boards, and systems management

+ History interfacing directly with DoD customers

** Security Clearance Statement:
** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration

** Clearance Level:
** Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

** Pay Rate:
