Role Summary

A technical lead will oversee a team of ground‑station engineers engaged in devising practical solutions for challenging problems. The position requires daily interaction with the team and may involve shift work, extended hours, weekend work, and travel.

Security Clearance

Must be a US Citizen with Top Secret clearance and special program access. No dual citizenship will be considered.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to maintain a Top Secret clearance with special program access
• Technical team leadership experience in setting short‑ and long‑term priorities, managing day‑to‑day team performance, meeting schedules, reporting team status, and escalating concerns.
• Proven Flight Test experience

Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical discipline
• Security+ certification
• Experience with engineering documentation, configuration control, change boards, and systems management
• History of interfacing directly with DoD customers

Work Schedule

Onsite full‑time: 4‑hour day, 3 days off per week.

Compensation

Annual base salary range (excluding major metropolitan areas): $128,400 - $226,435. Salary may vary by final work location.
