You will be the Sr. Skunk Works Subsystem Design Engineer for the Advanced Development Programs (Skunk Works) which is responsible for advancing aerospace subsystem innovation.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Sr. Skunk Works Subsystem Design Engineer you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and validation of aircraft subsystems while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

'Your responsibilities will include:'

* Develop, test, and validate new and modified subsystem designs.

* Troubleshoot system malfunctions to determine root cause and corrective action.

* Create and maintain 3‑D CATIA models, assemblies, installations, system requirements, and interface drawings.

* Generate system requirements, conduct trade studies, and draft sub‑component and flight test plans.

* Coordinate with suppliers, integrated product teams, management, and the customer.

Who You Are

You are a collaborative, results‑driven engineer with

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in an engineering technical discipline such as Mechanical, Aerospace or Aeronautical

* Experience with 3DX, CATIA, Solidworks, Pro Engineer, Creo, Unigraphics, NX, or equivalent 3-D Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool

* Experience creating and/or modifying drawings

* Experience with aircraft subsystem design, installation and troubleshooting

* Hands on experience with aircraft modifications

* Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance per business requirements
