Job Type: Contract – 6 months

Requirements: Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

• Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives.
• Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
• Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.

• Level 4 experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and experience developing/maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and project management principles.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

• Level 4 experience a plus.
• Previous experience working for an aerospace and defense company.
• Experience with specialized tools, including Deltek Cobra and Deltek Acumen Risk; expert‑level MS Project skills and Excel Macro/VBA skills.
• Experience with Resource Loaded Schedules (RLS) and Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA).
• Direct experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and familiarity with DCMA health metrics.
• Active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret (TS) and/or Special Compartmented Information Access (SCI) is frequently required but not needed to start.
