Test Engineer Pipeline - All Levels at Northrop Grumman, Palmdale, CA. This role focuses on system test solution development and execution across multiple engineering disciplines.

• Synthesizes customer contractual needs into system test solutions that balance technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for completing systems.
• Coordinates integrated testing activities across teams.
• Reviews and evaluates test requirements to ensure completeness of the test program.
• Performs technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system‑level evaluations.

• Associate Level 1:
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 0 years of experience; must obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access (PAR).
• Associate Level 2:
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 2 years of experience or 0 years with a Master’s degree; must obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access (PAR).
• U.S. Citizenship required for all positions with a government clearance.

Salary ranges: $53,500 – $92,900 for Level 1; $64,600 – $112,300 for Level
2. Base pay may vary based on experience and market conditions. Eligible for discretionary bonuses and other incentives.
