Description:

You will be the System Engineering Senior Reliability Maintainability for the Advanced Development Programs team which is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge aerospace solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

As the System Engineering Senior Reliability Maintainability you will be responsible for shaping the reliability and maintainability strategy across system, segment, and equipment levels.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Perform reliability predictions and allocation for system, segment, and equipment designs.

* Conduct mission reliability analysis and lead failure modes and effects analyses (FMEA).

* Develop maintainability predictions and maintenance task analyses.

* Lead trade studies to define RM requirements, evaluate performance, and influence design decisions.

* Collaborate with customers and suppliers to embed RM requirements into specifications and statements of work.

Further Information About This Opportunity

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

This position is in Palmdale, CA Discover Palmdale.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree or above in STEM

* Experience in performing Reliability Maintainability Engineering Top Degrader Analysis, reliability, prediction and maintenance actions.

* Experience in working in an air vehicle sustainment environment.

* Experience applying FMEA/ FMECA

Desired

Skills:

* Ability to interface and coordinate program activities with other technical disciplines such as Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, and Procurement.

* Understands Root cause analysis

* Ability to read engineering drawings (mechanical and electrical)

* Familiarity with FMEA/FMECA, constructing, analysis and applications.

* Ability to Interface and work with other team members and cross-learn various skills.

* Understand Interface and dependencies of reliability and maintenance activities

* Have some experience with Reliasoft /reliability

software or other modeling reliability tools

* Experience with Microsoft Office, to include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years
