Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full time Early Career Mechanical Engineer In this role, you will research, define, analyze, develop, design, provide technical supplier management, test, and qualify mechanical and fluid systems You will perform requirements definition in coordination with system engineering and develop, review, and maintain engineering drawings and models You will support integration and flight test, production, and sustainment activities and ensure program objectives are accomplished through troubleshooting and system subject matter expertise to assist in maintenance and delivery of effective technical data
The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering core concepts Must be a US Citizen This position will require a government security clearance This position is located at a facility that requires special access

* Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
Demonstrates basic understanding of core concepts and principles within the Mechanical / Aerospace engineering discipline and can apply them to routine tasks
Capable of completing routine, well defined assignments with periodic oversight; work is reviewed to ensure it meets objectives and standards
Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team oriented environment
Adaptable and willingness to stretch technically and learn new things
Must be a US Citizen This position will require a government security clearance This position is located at a facility that requires special access

** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits
** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
** Pay Rate:
