Systems Engineer Sr - Radar EW - Level 3

Position Overview

You will be the Systems Engineer (Radar/EW) – Level 3 for the Radar/EW Systems Engineering team, responsible for delivering advanced RF engineering solutions across the full aircraft lifecycle.

• Perform RF analysis, modeling, and testing to support system design and performance verification.
• Integrate radar/EW subsystems into aircraft platforms using Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to transition designs from development through production and sustainment.
• Apply digital engineering tools to create and maintain accurate system models and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security and special‑access requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in systems engineering lifecycle, development, requirements decomposition, and application of processes and tools.
• Experience with Radar and Electronic Warfare principles and sensor operations.
• Knowledge of Low Observables (LO).
• Experience working in cross‑functional or small technical teams.

• Experience with sensor hardware design, physical interfaces, and sensor integration onto airborne platforms.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with supplier management.
• Familiarity with agile methodology and processes.
• Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA.
• Experience with CAMEO, CATIA V5 or V6.
• Understanding of LM system engineering processes.
• Knowledge of Military and/or Government programs.
• Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance.

Must be a U.S. Citizen. Active Top Secret clearance required, investigation within 5 years of hire. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Full‑time, onsite. Shift: First. Annual salary range: $89,300 – $157,550 (state dependent);
Major metropolitan areas: $102,800 – $178,135. Incentive plan eligible.
