Work corrective actions for discrepancies in a manufacturing environment across multiple portions of the build. Conduct critical reviews of processes to identify gaps and close the process gaps with the intent of reducing variation and discrepancies in the build. Collaborate with quality engineering and production operations to triage repeat failure modes in a production environment. Utilize lean six sigma toolsets to identify root causes and develop corrective action plans.

Lead corrective action investigations and engage with members of cross-functional teams. Collaborate with team members to explore out-of-the-box thinking and contribute to product improvement initiatives. What's In It For You:

Employee will work on-site full-time

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $67,000 - $117,990.
