As the Aircraft Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for designing, integrating, and maintaining aircraft electrical and IVHM systems to ensure optimal health monitoring and performance.

  • Develop and certify electrical schematics and wiring for advanced aircraft platforms.
  • Lead IVHM system analysis, data integration, and fault detection algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement health management strategies.

  • Maintain compliance with aerospace standards and clearance requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with 3DX, CATIA, Pro Engineer, Creo, Unigraphics, NX, Capital, CCD, or equivalent CAD tools.
  • Experience with harness, wiring, or cable design/schematics.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to develop clear technical presentations for customers and suppliers.

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports alternate work schedules. This position – 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For other states, the range reflects the candidate’s final work location. This is a general guideline.

In major metropolitan areas of California, Massachusetts, and New York, the range is $120,100 - $208,150.
