You will be the Aircraft Electrical Engineer for the team which is responsible for aircraft electrical and IVHM systems.
What You Will Be Doing- Develop and certify electrical schematics and wiring for advanced aircraft platforms.
- Lead IVHM system analysis, data integration, and fault detection algorithms.

Eligibility RequirementsMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Experience.
- Experience with 3DX, CATIA, Pro Engineer, Creo, Unigraphics, NX, Capital, CCD, or equivalent Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool.
- Experience with Harness, Wiring, or Cable design/schematics.
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to learn continuously and to identify multiple avenues to successfully reach team goals.
- Candidate must work well individually and with team members across multiple organizations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to develop clear technical presentations for customers and suppliers.
- Microsoft Office Skills – Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.

Working Conditions• Ability to work remotely:
Onsite full‑time, the work will be performed at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
• Work schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules. Schedules range from a standard 40‑hour week over five days to condensed schedules. The schedule for this position is 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, and Washington DC is $104,500 – $184,115. (Other states not referenced above have a range based on final work location.) The position is incentive plan eligible.
