You will be the Systems Engineer Senior
- Level 3 for the historic Skunk Works. We are looking for world-class talent for this position to join the 75+ year tradition of creating advanced aircraft. What You Will Be Doing As the Systems Engineer Senior
- Level 3 you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end systems-engineering support for advanced aircraft programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating, decomposing, tracking, and verifying requirements; performing risk assessments and trade studies.
- Developing supplier specifications and supporting technical planning, integration, and test activities.
- Managing multiple, varied assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, communicating solutions to senior leaders, and proactively elevating issues.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or Above from an accredited university in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical degree Experience in systems engineering or closely-related engineering discipline
Experience with requirements definition, tracking and/or verification
Experience with digital engineering or model-based engineering Desired
Skills:
Experience with DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools Experience in developing processes, procedures, and other complex formal technical documentation Ability to work with different engineering disciplines to derive and decompose requirements Experience developing a system architecture (or familiarity with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF)) Experience working with vendors and subcontractors, overseeing contracted work. Knowledge of Agile SAFe methodology.
Previous integration and test experience Security Clearance Statement:

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
