This position is for a Level 5 Leadership opportunity within the ADP Subsystems Design and Installation team.

The position will be in Palmdale, California reporting to the Design Team Senior Manager within the Structures organization. Responsibilities will include career mentoring, administrative duties, performance assessments, identifying opportunities for growth and development, managing training activities, behavioral actions, compensation, and awards/recognition. Responsibilities will be split between managerial duties and execution of technical work with the Design team in ADP. Must be a US Citizen;

applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The ability to obtain a Secret and program special access clearances required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Team Lead Experience.
• Experience in subsystem design and installation (Airframe Layout, Detail Part and Assembly, Harness Design, H&I).
• Experience with 3-D Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools such as CATIA, NX, Solidworks, Pro Engineer, Creo, Unigraphics, 3DX, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's or above Degree from an accredited college in a related engineering discipline.
• Must be a US Citizen with active secret security clearance.

Pay Information:
