Job Description:
This role provides comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve financial goals. Key responsibilities include triaging leads, making referrals, meeting with clients, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. Employees must obtain and maintain SAFE Act registration. The position’s responsibilities and expectations include completing required licenses and trainings.
Responsibilities- Works with clients to plan short and long‑term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking and money‑managed solutions).
- Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
- Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners.
- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63/65 in lieu of 66).
- At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products.
- At least one year in the financial services or sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Goal‑setting, relationship‑building, and effective collaboration skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adaptability and thoroughness in maintaining regulatory due diligence.
- Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
- At least three years in financial services or sales where goals were met or exceeded.
- Professional designations such as CFP or CRPC.
- Insurance licenses obtained.
- Account Management, Advisory, Client Experience Branding, Customer and Client Focus, Oral Communication, Active Listening, Attention to Detail, Client Solutions Advisory, Issue Management, Pipeline Management, Causation Analysis, Client Management, Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, Risk Management, Written Communication.
- Monday‑Friday open availability required; some Saturdays.
- High school diploma / GED / secondary school or equivalent.
- Pay range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annualized salary.
- Formulaic incentive plan eligible.
