Job Description
This role provides comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients, including triaging leads, making referrals, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. The position requires compliance with the SAFE Act, including mandatory registration and background checks.
Responsibilities- Work with clients to plan short‑ and long‑term financial goals by building a comprehensive financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money management solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
- Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.
- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (or Series 63/65 in lieu of 66). If you do not currently hold the 66 but have either a 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days.
- At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- At least one year of experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.

- At least three years’ experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).

Monday‑Friday open availability required, plus some Saturdays.

Minimum Education RequirementHigh School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Pay$70,000.00 – $80,000.00 annualized salary, determined by experience, education and skill set.
