- Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field
- Minimum of one year of clinical dietitian experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and healthcare teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments using evidence-based standards of care
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting interventions as appropriate
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, nurses, and therapists
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards
- Document patient care accurately and timely within electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Support quality improvement initiatives and promote best practices in clinical
