A leading aerospace and defense company is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Palmdale, CA. The position entails leading HR strategies for manufacturing, overseeing HR Business Partners, and driving talent development amidst organizational transformation. Ideal candidates will have significant HR experience, preferably in a matrix environment, and a track record of coaching executives. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields is required, along with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Competitive salary range of $133,100 - $199,700.
