Schedule:

1st shift, 4x10 (Monday-Thursday)

• Demonstrates professional desktop support history with a variety of platforms/systems/applications and tools.
• Desktop expertise with all aspects of computer functionality, system operation, infrastructure, and printer support.
• Operating system expertise with Windows.
• Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software.
• Set up and configure PCs.
• Image loading protocol.
• LAN/NETWORK connectivity, and basic network connectivity assessment for troubleshooting or setups.
• Strong ICMS (Install, configuration, move, surplus), and network experience.
• Evaluates and tests software programs to verify functionality according to specifications and standards.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service.
• Extensive job-related MS Office suite and Outlook usage.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with hardware repair and printer support.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with operating systems such as Windows.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing technical support in an in-person setting.

• Prior experience with MacOS, Linux, Apple iOS.

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
• Possible lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
• Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
