Location:

Fort Worth, TX or Palmdale, CA. Facility requires special access. U.S. Citizen required. Must hold a SECRET clearance.

In this fast‑paced role you will develop and execute contractual relationships with suppliers, address shortages and performance issues, control costs through negotiation, and ensure on‑time delivery. You will provide consulting to management on team objectives and lead activities that include preparing RFPs, evaluating subcontractor proposals, developing cost/price analysis, negotiating complex requirements, creating and maintaining purchase orders and contracts, managing delivery schedules, supporting cost analysis, contract closeout, and complying with FAR and DFARS.

You will communicate across multi‑function and multi‑level platforms.

• Experience issuing RFP/RFQ, analyzing bids or negotiating contracts.
• Lead and participate in supplier evaluations to assess readiness for production and sustainment needs.
• In-depth understanding of procurement principles, contract management, and supply chain management.
• Experience in fast‑paced environments with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Strong business acumen and ability to operate autonomously with strategic supplier leadership.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
