Subcontract Administrator

At Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, the Supply Chain team specializes in developing subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services. The role supports development, production, and sustainment across multiple contract types.

• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms & conditions for procurement.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders" conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals.
• Negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages for review, prepare awards, and administer resulting subcontracts.
• Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
• Collaborate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures.
• May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience in sales/negotiation/contracts/education.

• Experience procuring raw materials (metallic and non‑metallic), outside processing, and IT hardware.
• Supply chain experience.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Experience with SAP.
• Aerospace industry experience.

This position requires a government security clearance; the candidate must be a U.S. citizen. Clearance level:
Secret.

Salary range: $57,400 – $101,200 (excluding major metropolitan areas) or $66,000 – $114,425 (in major metropolitan areas). Bonus potential and incentive plan eligibility apply. Work schedule:

4×10 hour days, 3 days off per week. Part‑time remote telework component.
