Project Manager, System Implementation

Job Summary

Tatum by Randstad is working with a financial services company that is in need of a Project Manager to come in for a long term contract role and lead the implementation of Cognos/TM-1. The company is on a hybrid schedule and would like the person to be on site 3-4 days a week.

Location: Los Angeles, California

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $100 - 120 per hour

Work Hours: 8 to 5

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 10 Years

• Get involved with providing Strategic Planning related to business requirements.
• The Project Manager would be responsible for reviewing/analyzing the chart of accounts and reviewing mapping between systems.
• Responsible for coordinating and leading cross functional meetings with leadership and stakeholders involved in the Cognos/TM-1 implementation.
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders to ensure the implementation of Cognos is on target with meeting timeline goal.
• Lead the testing process between Cognos and the legacy system.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Candidate should ideally have their PMP or have functional experience leading system implementations.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is required.
• Prior functional experience with Cognos/TM-1 is required. Prior experience with People Soft is desired.
• Prior experience leading cross functional teams and working closely with executive leadership is required.
