As the Int. Program Planner Staff-Integrated Planning, Skunk Works® - Level 4: you will be responsible for organizing tasks, developing and maintaining program schedules, and coordinating across engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control to ensure mission success.

Partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. Provides the program with time‑phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.

Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused. Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.

Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.

Bachelor’s degree

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Experiences with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams, projects, or programs
• Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders
• Previous experience with Deltek Open Plan, or Primavera, Microsoft Project, or a similar tool

• Aerospace experience
• Active Secret Security Clearance; ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance
• Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner
• Proficient with scheduling tools such as Deltek Open Plan, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools
