This is an individual contributor, non‑manager role with no direct reports. Due to the nature of the role, an on‑site presence is required and cannot be performed remotely.

The Program Integration & Execution (PI&E) organization seeks a key member to support a Strike Program A/C Delivery IPT. This individual will oversee A/C delivery within a designated Business Area and Integrated Product Team, ensuring alignment with the program. Acting as the primary liaison between the Program Business Area units and internal/external stakeholders in coordination with the IPT, this role will be responsible for managing the IPT’s operating cadence including but not limited to: managing an integrated portfolio schedule, facilitating/coordinating leadership reviews, setting up meetings for Directors and PMs, taking notes, documenting actions, collecting inputs to close actions, building reports, identifying trending data, standardizing processes/templates and leading special projects.

This role is expected to partner across all functional groups and will have insight into all aspects of the business to include financials, program execution, staffing, reporting, and strategy.

• Support the A/C Delivery IPT to accomplish a variety of precise, time‑sensitive deliverables, metrics, and presentations
• Collaborate across functions to ensure all objectives are met
• Assist with monitoring cost & schedule performance, support business management meetings, and subsequent reporting to program leadership
• Earned value (EV) management of control accounts
