Initiates requirements for Spare Parts, Repair of Parts, Service Bulletins, Time Change Tech Orders (TCTO) and emergency/MICAP requirements from the customer.;
Establishes delivery schedules for start and completion of orders.;
Expedites delivery of spares and repairs to support customer requirements.;
Investigates customer complaints regarding shipments, invoicing, and order modifications.;
Applies appropriate packing methods to ship, preserve, and store materials including hazardous items; analyzes preservation standards for packaging and transportation.
