• Leading an advanced manufacturing teams in a dynamic and high-stakes environment.
• Overseeing the fabrication of complex composite parts and assemblies.

This position is fulltime onsite in Palmdale, CA This roles is for a Weekend shift. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in providing technical support within the Composite Manufacturing Shop Floor Environment.

• Leadership qualities related to personal and interpersonal skills, effective communications, presentation skills, decisions making and organization.

• Ability to manage projects
• Experience working with numerous types of composite materials within an Aerospace industry
• Active Secret clearance required to apply
Desired

Skills:

• Previous developmental production experience.

• Experience leading &/or implementing continuous improvement activities

• Experience in the manufacture of advanced composites, structures, systems and coatings.

• Previous experience with lean manufacturing, corrective action and process improvements

• Good interpersonal and organization skills

• Managing projects of products build and schedules
Security Clearance Statement:
