Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Facilities Representative Level 2 to support our Facility Team on site at our Palmdale, California location.

Job Duties:

* Acting as primary Liaison for Subcontractors/Vendors to plan and facilitate support of facilities maintenance efforts.

* Identifying funding and collaborating with Global Supply Chain (GSC) for Purchase Order (PO) creation and maintenance.

* Partnering with Cost Management to establish budget forecasts, and regular updates to Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimates at Complete (EAC).

* Monitoring and facilitating timely completion of LX Training for Facilities Maintenance Technicians and Subcontractors/Vendors

* Making purchases for the Facilities Maintenance Team, via Purchase Card

* Processing Subcontractor/Vendor badge requests

* Other tasks as assigned Basic Qualifications for Facilities Representative Level 2:
* Bachelor's degree in 2 years of related work experience or a Masters Degree;

NOTE:

An additional 3 years of applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree

* Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).

* Familiar with Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point

* Must have experience collaborating with workers, contractors, management, and customers to meet project requirements.

* Must have ability to work with minimal supervision

* Must have experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems

Preferred Qualifications :
* Excellent time management and organizational skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Experience with Maximo (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

* Experience with MS Share Point

* Experience with SAP

* Experience with budget tracking using MS Excel or similar software

* Experience with Purchase Cards

Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $ The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
