** We are seeking a Multi Functional Manufacturing Planner ASC Manager  Level 4  in Palmdale, CA to lead critical manufacturing planning and material management operations

** What You Will Be Doing*
* Manages multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning  MRP  transactions  These may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material  BOM  Planning, Master Production Scheduling  MPS , Warehousing and Shipping  Over sees production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize cost  Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - Inventory management, Warehousing, Production, Scheduling or Shipping experience

- Scheduling and/or Production experience

- Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing

** Desired

Skills:

* - Microsoft Office experience

- Advanced Excel  pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot

- Ability or experience creating dashboards, and/or charts, to communicate part status, bottlenecks, and forecast accuracy

- Past experience with Production Control and/or Make and Buy Planning, manufacturing and and/or Make Planning experience

- Schedule management experience to track adherence  planned vs  actual  across multiple lines

- Use critical path analysis and deviation root cause tracking to drive on time delivery

- Familiarity with database queries  SQL  is a plus for extracting SAP/SFM data

- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, peers, a represented workforce

- Prior leadership experience

- Experience with SAP & SFM

- Manufacturing Experience

- Planning or MRP experience

- Excellent communication skills

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

** Pay Rate:
** The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York  excluding most major metropolitan areas , Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200    $159,045  For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location  Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only  Lockheed Martin considers factors such as  but not limited to  scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer
