Production Control, Sr. Manager

Description

Manages multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions, including Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping. Oversees production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize cost. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Flexible work schedules ranging from standard 40-hour weeks to condensed 4x10-hour days with 3 days off per week. Comprehensive benefits package available.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• 6+ years of direct leadership experience within manufacturing
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar MRP system

• Experience in fabrication and assembly manufacturing
• Data analytics
• Experience in Operations, Manufacturing engineering, Supply Chain
• MBA preferred
• P and L or Financial proficiency
• Executive level communication skills

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen. Clearance Level: Secret.

The annual base salary range for this position varies by location. In California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC it ranges from $124,900 to $220,225.

In major metropolitan areas of California, Massachusetts, and New York the range is $143,600 to $248,975. Salary may reflect the candidate’s final work location. Pay is a general guideline only.
