- Level 4 for the Palmdale Fabrication, Assembly, and Tooling team which is responsible for delivering 5th Generation Edge production excellence. What You Will Be Doing As the Associate Manager
- Level 4 you will be responsible for leading multiple first-line leaders, coordinating cross-functional effort, and ensuring the second-shift operation consistently exceeds performance goals. "Your responsibilities will include:"

Basic Qualifications:

* Experience leading in a Union environment
* Experience in a Full Spectrum Leadership code leading other leaders or team leads in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience with shop floor operating systems Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
* Active Secret Clearance required to apply Desired

Skills:

• Experience with lean methodologies
• Ability to create and utilize data metrics to drive area performance
• Ability to analyze data for robust decision making
• Experience with composites and or manufacturing
• 4-5 years experience in leadership

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
