Description
You will be the Systems Engineer Sr for the ADP Technical Team which is responsible for delivering advanced system engineering solutions to our customers.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Systems Engineer Sr you will be responsible for translating customer needs into clear requirements and technical deliverables while driving cross‑functional collaboration and anomaly investigation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and author requirements and supporting documentation aligned with customer needs.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery.
- Investigate and resolve technical anomalies that impact schedule or performance.
- Apply system‑engineering principles to meet milestones, manage risk, and validate solutions.
- Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders to keep projects on target.

Further Information About This OpportunityMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline, or 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Project coordination experience.
- Enjoys solving multi‑dimensional puzzles.
- Experience with python coding, database interaction, excel automation, word automation.
- Experience with Jira & Confluence.
- Experience with Tableau, dashboard creation & customization.
- Experience with MS Excel Pivot table creation.
- Experience with release management.
- Experience with program planning.
- Experience with Team Center / Xcelerator.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience authoring program documentation.
- Familiarity with project management.
- Familiarity with DOORs.
- Familiarity with Open Plan / IMS planning.
- Familiarity with SI&T functions.
- Familiarity with DEVSECOPS.
- Familiarity with software pipeline methodologies.
- Experience coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines to create a cohesive plan and promote common understanding.
- Comfortable working with ambiguous and expansive problem sets.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools including Project, and Excel.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
Clearance LevelSecret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.
Pay RateThe annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550.
