You will be the Associate Manager
- Level 4 for the Palmdale Fabrication, Assembly, and Tooling team which is responsible for delivering 5th Generation Edge production excellence.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Associate Manager
- Level 4 you will be responsible for leading multiple first‑line leaders, coordinating cross‑functional effort, and ensuring the second‑shift operation consistently exceeds performance goals.

• Oversee fabrication, assembly, and tooling teams to maintain efficient collaboration and top‑tier performance.

• Allocate resources, balance staffing needs and material flow to meet critical production deadlines.
• Champion a safe, compliant work environment and enforce rigorous quality‑control processes.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
