Description
Multifunction Manufacturing Supervisor – Level 3 for the Manufacturing Operations team, responsible for overseeing repair activities on F‑22 and F‑35 platform edges.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Multi Func Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 you will lead a team of mechanics, manage schedules and costs, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of mechanics to perform various repair orders for F‑22 and F‑35 platforms.
- Forecast completion dates and costs for multiple customer repair orders and track performance against schedule and budget.
- Implement process improvements and resolve constraints to maintain weekly and monthly production cadence.
- Coordinate with support groups to eliminate work‑stoppage risks and ensure smooth workflow.
- Report daily and weekly briefings to multiple levels of leadership on status, risks, and results.
Annual base salary range in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 – $130,180; for other states the range will reflect the final work location.

Basic Qualifications- Experience with in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Active security clearance required to apply.
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating across multiple organizations.
- Experience planning and driving projects to timely completion.
- Experience working within a represented/union workforce.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Effective decision making and organization skills.
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Previous experience working with production control, quality, and/or planning.
- Experience with business metrics to drive performance (safety, quality, cost, schedule).
- Manufacturing leadership.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US citizen for consideration. Clearance level:
Secret with investigation or CV date within 5 years.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. The work will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
