Salary Range: $41,000.00 To $58,000.00 Annually

The CNC Bender plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by operating and programming CNC bending machines to create precise metal components. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up machines, selecting appropriate tools, and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating CNC machines, specifically bending equipment.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of machining processes and materials.

• Certification in CNC machining or related field.
• Experience with programming CNC machines using G-code.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and tools.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Set up and operate CNC bending machines according to specifications and technical drawings.
• Program machines to execute precise bends and cuts, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime.
