You will be the Multi Func Manufacturing Supervisor
- Level 3 for the Manufacturing Operations team which is responsible for delivering high‑performance aircraft manufacturing in Palmdale, CA.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Multi Func Manufacturing Supervisor
- Level 3 you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across three shifts in a high‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Identify and resolve production constraints, implementing strategies to mitigate bottlenecks.

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply‑chain partners to solve production challenges and boost operational effectiveness.

Desired skills

• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Previous work in a Union environment
• Ability to use Lean Manufacturing principles to solve problems.
• Experience Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Familiar with SFM (shop floor management)
• Ability to self-start and solve problems.
• Experience with leading complex composite builds to include layup, bonding core, conical shapes, autoclaves, ovens.
