Role Summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Production Control Planner to oversee and manage the manufacturing build process for various components. This role is essential to maintaining the production flow, optimizing inventory, and ensuring that customer requirements are met within schedule.
The Manufacturing Planner will provide real‑time status updates on component progress, coordinate with multiple departments, and drive parts to completion through effective planning and material flow management.

- Annual base salary ranges: $60,600–$106,835 in selected states (California, Massachusetts, New York excluding major metros, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, Washington DC). For other states, reflect final work location.
- In major metropolitan areas (California, Massachusetts, New York), annual base salary ranges: $69,700–$120,750. For other states, reflect final work location.
- Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with inventory control and material handling.
- Knowledge of SAP & SFM.
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance per business requirements.
- Desired
Skills:- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot).
- Experience creating dashboards or charts to communicate part status, bottlenecks, and forecast accuracy.
- Past experience with Production Control and/or Make and Buy Planning, manufacturing, and/or Make Planning.
- Schedule management experience to track adherence across multiple lines.
- Use of critical path analysis and deviation root cause tracking to drive on‑time delivery.
- Familiarity with database queries (SQL) for extracting SAP/SFM data.
- Manufacturing experience and planning or MRP experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
This position requires a government security clearance. Candidates must be a US Citizen and hold a Secret clearance.
