• Aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, &/or production experience.
• Experience with the following: (fabrication, structures, mech assembly, electrical &/or systems integration)
• Experience with business metrics to drive performance (safety, quality, schedule, cost)
• Active clearance required to apply with an active investigation with the last 5 years AND the ability to obtain and maintain special program access per business requirements

We are seeking a Completion Supervisor in Palmdale, CA.

Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

• EVMS management experience
• 5+ years manufacturing experience or equivalent education
• Experience with Manufacturing start up
• Manufacturing Leadership
• Technical Degree
• Lean Mfg Exposure and Deployment
• Structure Assembly Background

Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
