About the RoleSeeking a dedicated and experienced nurse practitioner for a geriatric home care role. This is a locum tenens opportunity to provide high-quality care in patient's homes and SNFs throughout the San Fernando Valley, Palmdale, and Lancaster areas.
Details- Location: San Fernando Valley, Palmdale, and Lancaster areas
- Setting: Patient's homes and skilled nursing facilities
- Scope: Primary Care and geriatrics
- Duration: 3 month contract with extension likely
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
- Board Certified FNP, AGNP, AGACNP
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in PC and/or geriatrics. High preference for previous home health travel experience
